Potty training is a natural step in development. Your child has been growing at incredible speed for the last few years. Just as he learned to walk, sing, and dance he now wants to take care his body. For you as a parent this is your cue to start building a potty readiness profile, although your child may not be ready in all areas, building a potty readiness profile will help you determine which ones and you will now have a realistic sense of were you and your child stand. Knowing the right time to strike will decrease your risk of regression and power struggles.
